The Aria Investment proposition includes a marketing agreement with term options of either 3-5 years.

Our Process

STEP ONE
WE'LL CHECK YOUR DETAILS.
Aria Resorts will contact you and review your enquiry to ensure the prospective investor is suitably advised or qualified to invest in this type of investment.

STEP TWO
ONCE CONFIRMED, WE'LL SEND YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW.
The prospective investor is given an Information Memorandum that fully describes the investment. This is your time to read through and make sure you're happy.

STEP THREE
WHEN YOU'RE HAPPY, IT'S TIME TO APPLY.
Interested investors will need to complete an application to purchase along with some other associated paperwork.

STEP FOUR
ONCE THE CHECKS ARE COMPLETE, IT'S REGISTERED IN YOUR NAME.
Upon successful completion of all essential paperwork and the transfer of the purchase amount, the property asset is registered as owned by the purchaser.

STEP FIVE
LET THE INVESTMENT BEGIN!
The marketing agreement commences and investors receive their interest to the terms set out in the fixed return agreement.
