We like to think that we’ve got a holiday home for every pocket, but the price for a holiday home, as well as site fees, vary depending on location and resort. Whilst brand new sited static caravans at Aria Resorts start at around £49,950, we also have mortgageable properties that range up to £495,000 - a price that reflects the luxury and top-quality standards of our holiday and residential homes. We occasionally have a couple of sneaky pre-loved caravan bargains available too, so it is worth popping back to see what becomes available.
Remember, you will also need to factor in ongoing costs such as annual site fees, utilities and insurance – these will vary in cost depending on your chosen location but get in touch and we’ll explain all.
Is a holiday home a good investment?
It is possible to earn income from your holiday home and many people buy with the sole intention of letting out their holiday home; but the amount you can expect back will depend on a number of different factors. It can be a realistic aim to cover your annual site fees through holiday lets as long as you are able to sublet your holiday home and are willing to give up some of those popular high season weeks where there is high demand.
