Newquay

Just a 4-minute drive from Newquay and you'll arrive in the vibrant seaside town of Newquay - the transport hub of the North Cornwall coast. From Newquay, you can fly to many parts of the UK and Europe, but this well-connected hub also has a number of tourist attractions. If you're looking for a quality zoo, aquarium or beach, then Newquay has them all. In fact, this part of the coast has so many coves and bays that you could visit a different stretch of sand every day for a week!

Watergate Bay

One of Newquays most popular beaches, Watergate Bay is known far and wide for it's huge stretches of golden sand, world-class surf and collection of impressive bars and restaurants. Not much than a small village in size, Watergate Bay is a quick walk along the stunning south coast path from Newquay Bay.

Eden Project

Explore further afield and you'll find that Cornwall's top attraction is just 36 minutes by car from Newperran Holiday Park. There's a reason that this stunning site with its biodomes, dramatic landscaping and fascinating exhibits draws in nearly a million visitors each year. This is not just a garden; it's a way to experience nature from across the world as if you were there. Take a walk in the warm, dry Mediterranean biome or sweat in the humid head of the rainforest, then find out about amazing sustainable innovations and maybe even pick up a plant or two at the gift shop. This is a perfect day out for everyone from couples to families and groups, with rock concerts staged every so often in this old quarry.

Land's End

A little over 1-hour drive away from Newquay Bay is Britain’s most south-westerly point and one of the country’s most famous landmarks. Out of the Atlantic Ocean rise 200-foot-high granite cliffs, from which you can gaze across to the Longships Lighthouse, beyond which the ocean stretches away to the Isles of Scilly and North America. With spectacular coastal views, clifftop walks and beautiful coastal wildlife, this location is a legendary place for birdwatchers, explorers and families. Lands’ End is a spectacular experience where you truly feel like you’re on the edge of the world.

St. Michaels Mount

Cornwall is lucky enough to situate several castles, but it's safe to say that St. Michaels Mount is the most impressive it’s pretty easy to see why! Easily accessible via bridge (when the tide is low) or boat-taxi (when the tide is in) St. Michaels mount dominates the local landscape. Up close the island is also pretty impressive as well, with sub-tropical gardens, ancient pathways and a vibrant harbour scene.

We have partnered with Pegasus Caravan Finance to provide you with an affordable way to pay for your dream holiday home:

You may prefer the convenience of paying outright for a caravan, which can be used for holidays again and again. The rental income may also be used to offset the initial cost, though these are not classed as investment properties.
