Robin Hill

This adventure park has loads of fun-filled activities on offer for the whole family. There are four amazing rides to try, several adventure playgrounds to explore and falconry displays to watch. There's something here for people of all ages – you may even get to see some red squirrels if you’re lucky!

Garlic Farm

Open 9am to 5pm daily, This traditional Isle of Wight attraction caters to young and old alike, with food tasting, walks and a play area for the kids. The farm even has tractor tours in the summer holidays and an education centre, with garlic bread-making workshops. Seasonal events include a Christmas market, art exhibitions and a pop-up opera in the summer.

The Needles

Open from 10am to 4pm daily, with longer hours in summer. If you’re visiting the Isle of Wight, chances are you’ve seen pictures of the white cliffs and jagged peaks of The Needles rocks and the bright red Trinity Lighthouse at their westernmost tip. The Needles Landmark Attraction is probably the best viewpoint on land to see this attraction, with an impressive chairlift descending the cliff to the beach at Alum Bay. There’s free parking at the top, and you can pay on the day or book tickets in advance for the chairlift.

How to finance your dream holiday home

Aria Resorts is pioneering mortgageable holiday homes in the UK market, with many properties now available to buy with a small deposit. Our mortgageable brick-built cottages are available from just £174,950. By opting for a mortgage, you can avoid the high APR associated with a home loan.

Whether you prefer to buy your properties outright, or pay them off a little at a time, we have options available for you. All of our properties benefit from rental income, the majority of which will be passed on to you, the homeowner.

Investors will be interested in the 999 year lease on our brick-built Cottages, which will allow you to plan for long term returns on investment. The rental income may also be used to offset the initial cost, though these are not classed as investment properties.

If you are interested in finding out more about finance, speak to one of our friendly staff, who will be happy to explain the options available to you.
