To get the most out of the ownership, many people choose a park that is no further than two or three hours’ drive from their home, however, location is completely up to the individual.
Facilities vary between each resort and are referenced on each resort page. You can expect well maintained facilities and a high level of customer service regardless of which resort.
We pride ourselves on providing a warm welcome to everybody, however, please be advised during school holidays we do tend to accommodate more families at certain resorts and as such we offer a wide range of child friendly facilities and activities. Feel free to ask on resort what type of resort you're visiting.
We offer a VIP resort tour which includes a complimentary stay at our resorts (subjects to T&Cs and availability), allowing you to experience our facilities first hand before you commit to ownership. Get in touch and ask us!
Our range of holiday homes includes static caravans, lodges, lake houses, beach houses, and cottages. We also offer bricks and mortar and mortgageable properties.
The cost of a holiday home varies across our resorts, however, we typically have a range of options that suits various budgets, starting at £49,950. In addition to our brand new accommodation, you can also purchase from our pre-loved holiday homes. Just ask us what you're looking for!
Site fees and running costs vary per resort, you may wish to check if we have any offers that include the cost of the site fee.
Yes, a deposit will secure the Holiday Home and pitch.
This can depend on the resort. Each resort will vary in price for running costs such as site fees, rates, gas and electric
No, stamp duty isn’t required on a non-mortgageable unit. Mortgageable Holiday Homes only
We have finance options available at 6.9% APR for some static caravans (subject to approval, T&Cs apply) so your dream lifestyle could easily become an affordable reality. Many of our properties are also built to full building regulations and are NHBC certified meaning that they are fully mortgageable. Please ask us for more information.
Yes, we offer a fully managed letting service.
No, you will need to provide proof of a permanent residence when purchasing your home. At no point can your holiday home be your full-time abode, even as a stop-gap between addresses.
Our resorts are open all year-round, meaning you have unlimited access.
Yes, your pets are welcome to stay with you providing they do not disturb other residents. You may wish to read our dog friendly guides to find out more about the facilities we offer.
Yes, we provide legal holiday home insurance through Leisure Days Insurance.
Your holiday home will have a manufacturer’s warranty and individual appliance warranties.
Yes you can, although the holiday home is quite often already assigned to a plot, movement can be discussed with the sales manager.
