We look after everything for you from marketing to bookings, cleaning to maintenance, so you can just sit back and relax whilst up to 70% of the letting income comes directly back to you. [1]

[1] Aria Resorts' management fee is 30% of the rental income plus VAT at the prevailing rate.  Owners who are unable to recover the VAT will receive less than 70%.

Long Lease Holiday Homes

Our brand-new, long lease accommodation options are projected to gross up to <figure and reference notes required>. If your main purchasing motivation is income generation, we would advise you to start here.

Our long lease holiday homes include boutique barns in Cornwall, bricks and mortar cottages on the Isle of Wight and country lodges at The Bay Filey in Yorkshire.

Each of our long lease holiday homes is sold with a 10-year ICW or NHBC guarantee, a valuation from The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a 999-year leasehold and are fully mortgageable[3].  Plus, when it comes to resell, your holiday home will be valued on the open market.
