Fancy a swim? Outdoor pool open (weather dependent), with strict measures in line with government guidelines to keep you and staff safe. Limited sessions from 9.30am to 4.30pm, so don’t forget to call reception on the day to book your swim session. There will be no changing facilities so please turn up to the pool ready to go straight in.
Bar & eatery
After a dunk in the pool or a long coastal walk take time out for a delicious dinner in our Coastal bar & eatery. Whenever you fancy ducking out of the dishes we’ll be there to deliver happy holiday food! Top off your day times with a drink and a program of evening entertainment to share with your nearest and dearest. Bop to your own tune at our silent disco or munch on some popcorn at one of our movies under the stars. How much are your running costs?
Each of our resorts is a one of a kind and so our site fees and running costs vary dependent on location and the resort type. However, our site fees are extremely competitive and can start from as little as just over £3,000 for the year with utilities being charged on top. Each of our resorts has an information sheet which outlines all the ongoing costs for you, just drop us an email or give us a call and we can send over all the details for you
Can I rent out my holiday home when I'm not there?
At most of our holiday resorts we offer a managed letting service so you can earn money from your holiday home when you can’t be there yourself. Aria Resorts makes this as easy as pie by looking after all of the marketing and securing you bookings. We also welcome your guests, look after them when they are on holiday and then tidy up after them so that your treasured holiday home is ready for you to enjoy the next time you visit. Your income will be paid to you quarterly so you can sit back and relax, even when you aren’t on holiday! For more information on this scheme, contact your resort of choice.
This service is not available at Swanage or Widemouth Fields, which are exclusive, owners’ only resorts.
Can I choose my plot?
We want you to love everything about your holiday home, so in most cases you will be offered the opportunity to choose the plot that is just right for you, whether it is to get the perfect view, be close to the pool, or be in the furthest reaches of the resort. This is particularly easy at our resorts which have brand new plots available thanks to our exciting new developments. At times you may choose a holiday home that has already been assigned to a specific plot but just have a chat with the sales team and they will do their very best to help.
