On your doorstep
Top off your day times with a drink at the Lakeside Tavern and a program of evening entertainment to share with your nearest and dearest. Bop along to the sounds of our 60s Sundays and take on the neighbours in our interactive quiz.
Pop in for essentials
Your holiday home will likely be well stocked but if you do run out of something or you forget an essential item, you'll finde a fully-stocked shop inside our reception area. It offers all the essential items you'll need for your stay, including milk, bread and treats.
Free range fun
For those with little bundles of energy, we have a wonderful adventure play park for fresh air scrambles and giddy giggles. There’s also plenty of space to have a run around with the dog, without even leaving the resort.
Reel in your catch
Grab a rod and reel or pull on your walking boots to explore our beautiful loch and woodlands. Amble through seemingly endless woodland enjoying the rustle of the leaves and the chit chat of birds, or plop a line and some bait into the resort lake to see what bites. It's on a catch and release basis, so make sure you put your new friends back in the water.
HOPEFULLY WE HAVE SOME QUESTIONS COVERED...
We get asked these ones a lot!
What are the site fees?
Each of our resorts is a one of a kind and so our site fees and running costs vary dependent on location and the resort type. However, our site fees are extremely competitive and can start from as little as just over £3,000 to c.£5,000 for the year with utilities being charged on top. Each of our resorts has an information sheet which outlines all the ongoing costs for you, just drop us an email or give us a call and we can send over all the details for you.
Is finance available?
You may be able to spread the cost of your holiday home with our finance options available on some static caravans (subject to approval, T&Cs apply) so your dream lifestyle could easily become an affordable reality with easy monthly payments. Our friendly teams will be happy to talk you through all the options and help you process a finance application
What time of year are the facilities closed?
All facilities closed at Moffat Manor from 2nd November until 5th February, excluding the reception shop.
